mick a true and great friend to my dad kevin (sam)and mum maureen . you later became our friend aswell . i will be eternaly greatful for the comfort and advice when my dad was ill , you also made us laugh so much kissing sam and bear hugging him so he could'nt breathe ,dad always says you are who you are because of those that are around you well you were a great guy and have left us with a peice missing from our hearts . you will be missed so much lots of love ,kathryn,andrew lewis and mike ,xxxxxxx
